this one's for you, dad!

Finally got out of the dark ages yesterday, and bought a new phone. I did have a smartphone prior to this, it was just an antiquated one...Once I figure out how to get my work email on it, I will be set!

So, this is what's for my dad. Finally, a blue tooth ear piece. I told you I'd get one! {Just took awhile!}

textile tuesdays!

I haven't done a textile tuesday post in awhile. I saw a post on elements of style . If you scroll down, you will see a kitchen picture. I decided I had to find that fabric on the lucite stools. Turns out it's ombre maze saffron by Kelly Wearstler. I thought this would be great on our dining room chairs, but at $149.50, I'll have to wait...

Anyway, you can find it here.

While on there I found some other good KW fabrics.

drawer pulls

Recently, I did a post on our guest bedroom. I had a comment asking about the drawer pulls on our dresser. Here is a close-up. They are a few years old, & I'm pretty sure they came from Home Depot.

anyone else having a weird weekend?

anyone else's husband buy an accordion? I think we are going to take this show on the road. he wants me to learn an instrument...

the Antique Griffin {& our booth}

Finally, I am getting around to posting pics of the Antique Griffin. If you've been to my blog before, you may remember this post here, & here.

Our old location...
It was a good bit smaller.
Our new space. They have just recently painted it lime green.

The finished result.

We still have some furniture to move in. But we think this is much better for now.

If you entered by bag giveaway, you will see some of the other cute designs Kay has for sale here. Does that mirror look familiar? Bought it here.

Views of the store.

There are so many great vendors here.

Love the aqua walls in this one.

The Antique Griffin is located on Hwy 16 in Griffin. Less than 10 miles from I-75, and about 30 minutes from Senoia in Coweta County.

The outdoor/garden room.

I love this booth. Unfortunately, that cool table with the metal top is not for sale, or I would have to get it!

I hope you visit the Antique Griffin soon if you live in the Griffin area, or if you are passing through. There are some other antique stores here, and some great outlet stores so you can makde a day of bargain and antique shopping in our little Griffin, Ga!
