{Our Cottage} Exterior

Today's post ends our "before & after" pictures of our house. The "before" below was the house when I met Charles. A few years later, it was time for a paint job. We choose an olive color. I believe it was Behr paint, matched to Ralph Lauren's Master Room. The trim is Behr Super White.
Then you will notice, the screen porch is non-existent. After years of thinking how to maximize our space, the idea for our master bath & closet was born. Since the screened porch shared a wall with one of the bedrooms, it worked out perfectly to create a true master suite.

This was the renovation process from the outside. We started in late winter/early spring 2009, and moved in around May 2009. Our house was already a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, but one of the bathrooms is in the basement. Now we are officially a 3/2 on the main floor.
